Two platforms replaced. One operation connected. Cerberus Collective × Logentic

Cerberus Collective brings together apparel, accessories and a passion for vehicles. New products, bundles and vehicle giveaways give its community reasons to return.

Behind that momentum is a hands-on fulfillment team. Campaigns can bring a rush of orders, and each one still needs the right products, the right quantities and a clear path out the door.

Cerberus had a frustrating experience with ShipStation. Shipping lived in one platform, inventory management in Sumtracker, and the team had to move between the two to keep the operation running.

Logentic replaced both platforms, reducing subscription fees and the management overhead of switching between separate systems. Inventory, receiving, order preparation and shipping now have a shared home, connected to Shopify.

Logentic worked directly with Cerberus on the transition, reviewing its routines and helping transfer products, bundles and purchase orders. Practical walkthroughs supported the people receiving stock, preparing orders and printing labels.

A bundle may appear as one product to a customer, but the warehouse needs to prepare every item inside it. Sizes, colours and shared components add another layer to that work.

Logentic brings bundle components and inventory into the fulfillment workflow. The team can work from the products an order actually needs, while distinguishing physical items from digital products that do not need to be packed.

Receiving is part of the same process. Checking incoming quantities and recording discrepancies helps the team understand what arrived before it becomes available for fulfillment.

When demand rises, repeated manual checks take time away from preparing orders. The team needs to see which orders can move and which are still waiting on stock.

With order allocation, batch preparation and packing slips in the same platform, Cerberus has a more connected way to organise the work. Product and variant details give the team the information it needs at the packing table.

The cost of an order includes more than the label. Time spent switching tools, checking stock and handling exceptions also matters to the margin.

Logentic brings carrier rates and label purchasing into the fulfillment workflow, so shipping can be considered alongside the products being prepared. For Cerberus, connecting those decisions is part of building an operation that can keep pace with its campaigns.

Cerberus works directly with the Logentic team through walkthroughs, shared feedback and practical support. Questions from the warehouse become conversations about how the work can be easier.

That support continues beyond setup. From purchase-order receiving to packing-slip details, the relationship is grounded in the day-to-day needs of the people getting orders out.
