Behind every drop. osume × Logentic

osume creates keyboards, keycaps and desk accessories with a distinctive eye for colour and detail. Its collections turn an everyday workspace into something personal.

That attention has to carry through to fulfillment. Customers waiting for a new collection need the right products to arrive together, while the team manages available stock, pre-orders and inventory across locations.

Moving from Fulfil and ShipStation meant more than changing software. osume needed a partner that understood its products, its warehouse routines and the expectations of customers waiting for their orders.

Logentic worked directly with the team throughout the transition, helping them get comfortable with the platform and connect their everyday work. The focus was practical: give the people preparing orders the support they need to keep moving.

For a brand managing multiple locations, a stock total is only part of the picture. The team also needs to know where products are stored and which warehouse should fulfill an order.

Connecting Shopify with warehouse workflows gives that information a place in the daily work of receiving, picking and packing. For osume, the goal is straightforward: help the team find the right products and prepare the right order.

Pre-orders are part of osume’s business. A new collection can create demand before every product is ready to leave the warehouse.

Logentic keeps backorders distinct from orders ready for fulfillment, helping the team see what is waiting on incoming stock and what can move now.

That clarity matters to the customer experience: every order needs a clear path from an anticipated release to a place on someone’s desk.

A shipping decision affects more than postage. Pickups, packing and extra handling all contribute to the cost of getting an order to its customer.

For osume, carrier options including Stallion are part of finding that balance: competitive shipping rates and a pickup routine the warehouse can sustain.

Looking at shipping alongside the rest of fulfillment helps the team weigh service, cost and the work each order requires.

osume has direct access to the Logentic team for practical questions and ongoing support. The relationship is grounded in the work of running a warehouse and delivering a consistent customer experience.

Hands-on guidance helps the team use the platform with confidence. Regular feedback keeps the conversation focused on what would make their day easier and their operation more effective.
