Our story

We ran the warehouse before we built the software.

At Logentic, we're crafting the next-generation Warehouse Management System (WMS). In 2021, we launched our own eCommerce logistics company to service Shopify brands in a different way.

We quickly noticed that existing software solutions lacked the focus we believed we needed: a radical focus on the shopper experience, working backwards from there. Existing solutions also had antiquated user experiences from the early 2000s and were highly deficient in customizing and personalizing the fulfillment experience, which are key components for a brand to grow and retain their shoppers.

That's why we decided to craft our own.

Today, after meticulously building modern technology that supported our own fulfillment operations from 2021 to 2024 (1M+ packages shipped), we are delighted to bring our solution to market and help thousands of Canadian Shopify brands power exceptional fulfillment experiences.
